Sasha Pibulli of a family rescued her 7-month-old daughter. A large fire engulfed the complex where the family lived in Stockton, California. Sasha who was out that evening woke Nana Chaichanhda to understand what was happening.
“I open it and she runs in and starts barking at me like crazy and I was like, ‘OK, this is weird. This is not like her, ”Chaichanhda said.
The flames had destroyed part of the complex and she rushed to get her 7-month-old daughter. When she wanted to go to her room Sasha had already taken the girl and was pulling her out of bed to save her.
“She had already had my baby by the diaper and was dragging her off the bed. I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, what are you doing?’ It meant a lot. I owe her everything. If it wasn’t for her, I would still have been in bed and things could have taken a worse turn. ”
