His son was bullied at school as a “monster”, the father gives a good lesson to bullies

Bullying others is something that happens very often in schools. Institutions do not pay proper attention to it and ignore it as a problem by telling parents that there is no such thing. There are also those schools that take measures but this does not stop bullying.

Bullying can have long-term effects on the victim, thereby lowering self-esteem and socializing with others.

One father, whose son has been diagnosed with Treacher Collins syndrome, decided to step up for his boy who was branded “ugly” and “monster” by the rest of the students.

This condition made Jackson Bezzant almost deaf. This syndrome also causes abnormalities in the head and face.

Jackson was forced to intervene to rebuild his eye socket and will make other interventions over the years.

Although he is a very loving and happy boy he has been bullied at school many times for his face but father Dan has known how to behave in this situation.

One day while his son was standing in the school cafeteria some boys approached him and called him by different names. This whole situation continued until a teacher noticed and the boys left.

Dan’s heart was shattered. He knew he needed to take action so he decided to pour his heart out through a post he shared on social media hoping that his words would touch the parents of Jackson’s bullies.

“My heart is in pieces right now and my soul feels like it’s ripping from my chest,” Dan began his post, according to People Magazine.

“This beautiful young man, my son Jackson, has to endure a constant barrage of derogatory comments and ignorance like I’ve never witnessed. He is called ugly and a freak and a monster daily by his peers at school. He talks about suicide and he’s not quite 8!

Dan further wrote: “He says he has no friends and everyone hates him. Kids throw rocks at him and push him shouting these horrific words. Please please take a minute and imagine if this were your child. Take a minute to educate your children about special needs. Talk to them about compassion and love for our fellow man.

“His condition is called Treacher Collins. Maybe even look it up. He’s endured horrific surgery and has several more in the coming years, ”Dan wrote.

He just wanted the parents to know how heartbroken he and his son were. The post went viral and strangely some guys approached you and told you they wanted to be Jackson’s friends.

We are very happy that Jackson’s father relied on his words and gave voice to the bullied children.
