Ovidiu Rosu one day, a veterinarian tamed a horse that needed emergency help. His legs were chained so tight that they were hurting him.
Not only that, but he did not move freely in the hallway. There is such a technique in some countries for chaining horses.
Rosu took over the solution from the chains without causing more harm to the animal.
He was ultimately able to launch the steed and his personality brightened quickly. Fortunately, the animal wasn’t caught for that long so the vet treated his skin and he was great to go.
The horse was terrified at first but thanked Rosu for taking care of him.
